At Studio Villa Bosch, researchers are given the opportunity to develop pioneering projects in interdisciplinary groups. Scientists from the fields of natural sciences, mathematics and computer science are invited to design a Sandpit workshop on a topic of their choice in consultation with the Klaus Tschira Foundation.

The one- to three-day workshops take place in the conference rooms of Studio Villa Bosch in Heidelberg. The Klaus Tschira Foundation will cover all costs incurred by successful applicants, including travel, accommodation, meals and conference expenses. In addition, an experienced moderator will support the participants in the implementation of this highly interactive format.
